Chest Massage

Continue down the sides of the face making little circles with the fingers. Stop at the cheekbone and return to the temples. Repeat the sequence a couple of times going lower on the cheeks with each pass. Put two fingers on the philtrum (the vertical groove in the upper lip) and press lightly. Move the fingers toward the temples, as if you're drawing a moustache.
Massage around the eyes, starting from the nose. Be very careful not to press too much in this sensitive area. Don't forget to massage each ear by taking the lobe between your thumbs and fingers and working the whole area. Never work directly on the throat. This area is much too sensitive and there's no way you could do it without causing discomfort.
Turning to the scalp, start the massage from the forehead and move to the upper part of the skull. Lock your thumbs on the crown of the head and start massaging with your fingers at the base of the skull and come up the sides in order to cover the whole area. Make sure you're not pulling any hair along the way. Move slower if you have to.
